1.1. The VOXI platform (“the Platform”) is a digital service intended exclusively for entertainment purposes, accessible only to individuals aged 18 or older.
1.2. Accessing or using the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).
1.3. VOXI does not warrant, in any manner, the continuity, performance, or uninterrupted functionality of its services.
2.1. The User hereby declares that he/she is at least 18 years of age and possesses full legal capacity.
2.2. The User bears sole responsibility for all data submitted, all actions undertaken through his/her account, and all financial interactions executed within the Platform.
2.3. Any activity performed on the Platform is conducted entirely at the User’s own risk.
3.1. All functions and features within the Platform are of a strictly recreational nature and shall not be construed as financial services, investment advice, brokerage, asset management, fiduciary activity, or any similar service.
3.2. Any amount deposited by the User is deemed a voluntary contribution enabling access to certain digital entertainment functionalities.
3.3. Past performance, on-screen indicators, algorithms, simulations, or any representational elements do not constitute promises, guarantees, or projections of any financial gain.
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOXI, its administrators, technical personnel, and collaborators:
4.2. The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that any deposited amount may be partially or entirely lost, without the possibility of claiming compensation, refunds, interest, damages, or any form of restitution.
5.1. By continuing to use the Platform, the User affirms that he/she has personally evaluated the risks involved and assumes full responsibility for all resulting consequences.
5.2. The User irrevocably waives any claim, complaint, action, or legal dispute against VOXI, its administration, or its affiliated entities arising from Platform usage.
5.3. The Platform is under no obligation to provide advisory services, financial guidance, or assistance related to the User’s deposited funds.
6.1. This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between the User and VOXI.
6.2. Should any clause be deemed invalid, it shall be replaced with one of equivalent legal effect, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.3. In the event of litigation, the User agrees that the competent jurisdiction shall be determined according to VOXI’s internal policies.
7.1. VOXI reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time, without prior notice, and continued use of the Platform constitutes automatic acceptance of such amendments.
7.2. The User is solely responsible for periodically reviewing updates.
